Banana and Peanut Butter on Whole Wheat Rice Crackers



Today I started my day with this delicious combination of Banana and Peanut Butter on Whole Wheat Rice Crackers. with only 60 calories per wheat cracker they are a great alternative to bread plus they are wholegrain;  Whole grains retain all of the grain's fibre and a large percentage of its minerals. These nutrients are lost in processed grains such as white rice (source).

The peanut butter also provides a good source of protein and healthy fats which will provide plenty of calories that will give you lots of energy, plus it tastes delicious when combined with banana!
