Super Healthy Banana Smoothie





This is one of the most simple breakfasts ever, it includes only 2 (3 if you want to add natural sweetener) ingredients!


Serves 1
You will need:

1/2 banana
200ml soya milk (you can use any type of milk if you don't like soya mile e.g almond or hemp)
2tsp agave nectar (optional)

Step 1
If you have a smoothie maker, add all the ingredients to the smoothie maker and blend away. I don't so I out all the ingredients in a bowl and use an electric hand blender.

Step 2
Pour into a glass and enjoy!

I served the smoothie with a few dates as they are a rich source of calcium and iron.
